Under the care of Mr Jones, at Springfield Hospital, I can honestly that my operation was a pleasant experience. From Consultation to post op, he was fabulous . He is extremely professional, very skilled, and his communication with his patients is fabulous. He made me feel totally at ease, and listened to me. He has total respect for his colleagues too, which makes a happy efficient team. Thankyou so much

I have had a number of operations, but can honestly say that due to the care and expertise of Dr Hywel Jones that this is by far my best experience. His knowledge was outstanding and his explanation of procedures was clear and reassuring. He listened carefully to my concerns and questions; answering all to my satisfaction. I particularly enjoyed the humour he injected at appropriate times. He definitely has a lovely and relatable manner with patients. This has to be my best recovery from an anaesthetic. Thank you!

Dr Jones is just fantastic and does “exactly what it says on the tin” I had such a fantastic experience with my knee replacement and the care he and the nurses are just outstanding, I totally trust him and if you are going to have this procedure, please don’t worry about it , dr Jones Will make sure you are well looked after. So grateful to have had this done , thanks to everyone involved xxxxx

I had the most enjoyable experience with Dr Howells Jones I could ever wished for. Firstly he wanted to know what I knew about my upcoming operation and his part in it . He listened and then explained fully to me how he was going to basically put me to sleep and my recovery afterwards. That for me was my only concern that I would wake up. Wonderful man. 100 Stars.
